Reasons I’m Blogging
- My mind is always racing, apprently writing helps one think clearly
- Left Toronto Sep 2022, huge change
- I don’t think I’ll ever be famous enough to attract a biographer
- If I’m feeling grumpy or introverted and dont want to repeat a conversation in detail, I can tell someone to read my thoughts here
- although I should always have the convo. Your ideas get improved each time you discuss them, whether it’s you teaching someone else or a back and forth debate. Feyn
- No matter the emotion, I’ve been feeling alot of mental dejavu lately, or like I’m in a cycle and am back in the same place I was mentally months/years ago. Questioning whether I’ve actually progressed much, so I’m writing to keep snapshots of my mental state.
- I started a food insta to remember magnificent meals, starting this to remember thoughts
- Catching up with old roommate Dom and he asked me if I take notes about what I’m learning at Google and in Dublin. I told him I have my notebook, but I’ve realized If I take notes or journal, I never actually go back and read my notes
- Passion and motivation are fleeting, need to go out and actually do something
- Upsides of more visibility, create your own luck
- everyones going through the same shit, but doesn’t talk about it (I think)
- I used to be a good writer, want to build it back up and get better than I’ve ever been
- There’s no point in having great ideas if you can’t articulate them to other people, including written form. Writing is an art.
